Responsibilities
Definir e implementar la estrategia global de RRHH alineada con el plan de negocio.
Garantizar la cohesión entre equipos de tienda y oficinas en un entorno híbrido (retail + digital).
Diseñar planes anuales estratégicos con OKRs y KPIs de People.
Diseñar e implementar programas de formación, evaluación del desempeño y desarrollo de liderazgo.
Impulsar planes de sucesión y promoción interna para reducir rotación.
Establecer políticas de compensación, incentivos y beneficios alineadas a desempeño y cultura.
Liderar la transformación digital del área de People.
Implementar People Analytics para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
Optimizar procesos y estructura organizativa para ganar eficiencia.
Supervisar relaciones laborales y asegurar el cumplimiento normativo.
Garantizar políticas de diversidad, equidad e inclusión.
Centralizar y estructurar la documentación de procesos de RRHH.
Requirements
Formación en Relaciones Laborales, ADE, Derecho o similar.
Muy valorable Máster en Dirección de RRHH.
Experiencia mínima de 8–10 años en gestión de personas, con al menos 3 años liderando equipos.
Experiencia previa en retail y/o eCommerce en entornos híbridos.
Nivel alto de español e inglés.
