Responsibilities
Business development & client relations
Define and implement the prospecting strategy for the private sector: commercial real estate (offices), hospitality, healthcare, data centers, luxury, etc.
Contribute to the growth of our client portfolio and develop relationships with strategic partners: developers, architects, contractors...
Coordinate commercial activities with the dedicated team (Head of Development, Sales Managers)
Negotiate commercial proposals/contracts with clients and partners
Manage existing key accounts: engagement, retention, feedback and lessons learned
Represent WSP France with impact and professionalism to our clients and specifiers/prescribers
Work closely with the Business Unit Director and the Operations Director to ensure the BU's performance
Provide technical and strategic support to project managers
Participate in drafting and optimizing contracts.
Requirements
Master's degree (engineering or equivalent)
Proven experience (minimum 15 years) in the building/construction sector (architectural firms, construction companies, engineering consultancies)
Strong knowledge of the private sector and its stakeholders (property developers, engineering consultancies [BET], architects, general contractors…)
Good command of contract frameworks (French loi MOP, Global Performance Contracts, private contracts)
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment: fluency in English is essential (written and spoken).
