About the role
- Operations Vaas Mobility Manager at Free2move optimizing Rent agencies network for mobility services. Developing relationships with dealers and managing operations on the Free2move platform with significant travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- You will be the Free2move ambassador within the Stellantis dealership network
- Develop and optimize our Rent agencies network with a fleet of several hundred vehicles
- Monitoring and managing the daily operation and use of the Free2move platform
- Developing growth opportunities for the SaaS business
- Developing and maintaining relationships with dealers through follow-up and support with on-site visits, phone calls, SMS, and email contact
- Training and supporting the network in using the Free2move platform, tools, systems, and procedures
- Checking, improving, and/or designing processes to meet the needs of a professional Rental company within our dealerships
- Working with dealerships to increase use of the Free2move platform and its modules to optimize mutual revenue
- Monitoring and helping dealers to increase fleet occupancy, turnover, and ancillary penetration
- Monitoring Free2move platform quality metrics and assisting dealers in maximizing customer satisfaction
- Designing and implementing action plans to improve Rent dealer KPIs
- Preparing and giving presentations to potential clients
- Will require up to 75% travel within the country
Requirements
- Experience in Rental/Mobility in Operations, Counter, Corporate, Sales for at least 3 years (Mandatory)
- Field Operations for at least 3 years (Mandatory)
- Driving license (Mandatory)
- Experience in the automotive sector preferred
- Preference for experience in developing and managing networks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility and the ability to work under deadline pressure
- Autonomous, results-focused
- Dynamic and adaptable to a constantly changing environment
- Ability to understand on-the-ground problems and propose improvements to processes
- Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and carry out tasks through to completion within the parameters of given instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
