Responsibilities
Own end-to-end regional recruitment for all business areas (Client Services, Creative, Digital, Production, Finance, etc.) acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and the People Team
Drive proactive sourcing, manage recruitment processes, and support wider talent programmes that strengthen employer brand
Responsible for onboarding of new joiners, working closely with the wider people team
Build pipelines for candidates across PR, digital and marketing at all levels
Support full cycle recruitment from outreach through to contract signing and onboarding
Identify and build relationships with talent at all levels across the region
Reduce recruitment agency costs by sourcing candidates directly for all roles
Build a flexible, skilled pool of freelancers
Contribute to and take part in initiatives created with the global talent team
Monitor industry recruitment and talent trends
Promote and help nurture an excellent culture
Requirements
Proven experience in in-house recruitment/talent acquisition (or agency experience with strong stakeholder management and end-to-end delivery)
Ability to recruit across a range of roles (ideally including some mix of creative, digital, marketing, production or corporate functions)
