About the role
- Talent Manager owning recruitment for business areas at global marketing agency TEAM LEWIS. Driving proactive sourcing and supporting onboarding, enhancing employer brand and talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end regional recruitment for all business areas (Client Services, Creative, Digital, Production, Finance, etc.) acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and the People Team
- Drive proactive sourcing, manage recruitment processes, and support wider talent programmes that strengthen employer brand
- Responsible for onboarding of new joiners, working closely with the wider people team
- Build pipelines for candidates across PR, digital and marketing at all levels
- Support full cycle recruitment from outreach through to contract signing and onboarding
- Identify and build relationships with talent at all levels across the region
- Reduce recruitment agency costs by sourcing candidates directly for all roles
- Build a flexible, skilled pool of freelancers
- Contribute to and take part in initiatives created with the global talent team
- Monitor industry recruitment and talent trends
- Promote and help nurture an excellent culture
Requirements
- Proven experience in in-house recruitment/talent acquisition (or agency experience with strong stakeholder management and end-to-end delivery)
- Ability to recruit across a range of roles (ideally including some mix of creative, digital, marketing, production or corporate functions)
- Strong stakeholder management — confident advising hiring managers
- Excellent sourcing capability and comfort with proactive outreach/headhunting
- Experience using an ATS and hiring tools (LinkedIn Recruiter and TeamTailor)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple live roles
- Confident communicator with a candidate-first mindset
- Data-aware approach: able to use hiring metrics to improve processes
