About the role
- Manager Tender Desk leading the tender function for iBabs, ensuring successful participation in bids. Coordinating with various departments to enhance tender documentation quality and win ratios.
Responsibilities
- Ontwerpen en implementeren van een centrale Tender Desk (processen, tooling en KPI’s)
- End-to-end verantwoordelijkheid voor aanbestedingen: van go/no-go besluit tot indiening
- Coördineren van input vanuit Sales, Product Management, Security en Legal
- Bewaken van kwaliteit, compliance en consistentie van tenderdocumentatie
- Ontwikkelen en beheren van standaardantwoorden, referentiemateriaal en compliance-matrices
- Analyseren van tenderresultaten en structureel verbeteren van winratio’s
- Adviseren van het commerciële management over tenderstrategie en positionering
- Opbouwen en aansturen van een (toekomstig) tenderteam
Requirements
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 5–8 jaar ervaring met aanbestedingen, bij voorkeur binnen B2B SaaS of IT-dienstverlening
- Aantoonbare ervaring met Europese en nationale aanbestedingen
- Sterk procesmatig en analytisch vermogen
- Uitstekende schriftelijke vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
- Stakeholdermanagement op senior niveau
- In staat om inhoud, deadlines en belangen effectief te managen
