Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager leading omnichannel retail media strategies for managed client accounts at Croud. Focused on operational excellence and client relationship management in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Lead omnichannel Retail Media strategies across platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Target to drive client profit
Oversee account setups across both Vendor and Seller models
Manage retail readiness workflows, including Brand Registry, PDP optimisation and Brand Store consultation to ensure content is built for conversion
Direct high-impact media deployments, from Sponsored Ads to off-site CTV/OLV and DSP
Use advanced tools like Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to build audiences and bespoke analysis for growth
Drive team performance to exceed margin targets
Provide technical guidance on daily operations and performance optimisation
Ensure the effective measurement of campaigns, providing insightful reporting that demonstrates value and drives strategic decisions
Define Amazon Marketplace and Retail Media best practice and creating scalable processes to improve team efficiency
Mentor new team members to help them become operational in their roles quickly and efficiently
Requirements
Demonstrable in-depth experience in Retail Media or Marketplace roles within a digital organisation
Strong retail media knowledge (Amazon Ads, Skai, Google Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud)
Proven experience managing client relationships, expectations, and cross-channel activities
Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach, able to mentor junior colleagues and work across teams
Skilled at managing client budgets, expectations, and delivering campaigns that hit targets
Analytical and data-driven, able to turn insights into optimised campaigns and measurable results
Strategic thinker with the ability to plan effectively, drive performance, and deliver profitable growth
