About the role

  • Manager Back Office coordinating administrative activities for Bureau Veritas in Ile-de-France, optimizing processes and managing a team of 8 collaborators.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the administrative activities of the Consulting and HSE Measurement Agency
  • Optimize operational processes and ensure the quality and efficiency of services
  • Supervise and lead your team's activities (8 employees across multiple locations in Île-de-France)
  • Lead morning briefings with Customer Relations Officers
  • Conduct periodic coordination meetings to adjust Back Office service priorities
  • Represent the agency in cross-functional meetings with other BO Managers in the BVE network
  • Participate in the Executive Committee (CODIR) of the Île-de-France Agency
  • Travel within Île-de-France is to be expected.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in management or team leadership, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in production management and team leadership
  • Valid driver's license (category B) required.
