About the role

  • Manager of Professional Services at i4pro ensuring client satisfaction and effective service delivery. Leading strategic account management and operational excellence in technology solutions for the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellence in the delivery of i4pro’s software and consulting services, acting as manager of strategic accounts and taking responsibility for client relationships, delivery governance, day-to-day operational support and revenue expansion through consultative selling, ensuring client satisfaction, profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Serve as the Professional Services executive arm in account and operations management, balancing delivery, relationship management and commercial growth, with autonomy for day-to-day decision-making and strong strategic alignment.
  • Manage the delivery of projects and service contracts, ensuring deadlines, quality, scope and margin.
  • Oversee operational governance, monitoring SLAs, KPIs, quality indicators and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (project managers, consultants, technical specialists).
  • Identify operational risks and act proactively with mitigation plans.
  • Implement and sustain Agile, Scrum and Kanban best practices aligned with the area’s strategy.
  • Act as Account Owner for strategic clients, serving as the primary executive point of contact.
  • Maintain close relationships with client stakeholders (IT, Business, Operations and C-level).
  • Lead QBRs, executive meetings, steering committees and strategic alignment sessions.
  • Ensure a high level of NPS, contract retention and service renewals.
  • Translate client needs into structured requirements for internal teams.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Support and lead the preparation of commercial proposals, SOWs, contract amendments and renegotiations.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Sales, Product and Technology teams.
  • Ensure balance between revenue growth, operational feasibility and margin.
  • Monitor profitability by account/project, analyzing costs, revenue and margin.
  • Support the Head of Professional Services in building forecasts, capacity planning and financial planning.
  • Ensure adherence to commercial models and signed contracts.
  • Develop mid-level leaders and technical specialists.
  • Conduct structured feedback, Individual Development Plans (IDP) and performance follow-ups.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, sense of urgency, ownership and results orientation.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in technology services, delivery or consulting.
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Service Manager or Account Manager.
  • Proven experience in account management and consultative selling of IT services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Production Engineering or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Business Management, Information Technology or related areas.
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience in the insurance sector (preferred).
  • Professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) (preferred).
