Responsibilities
Advise and support European organization and largest customers in invoicing, cash application, invoice disputes and collections
Project manage customer specific invoicing solutions
Manage bad debt risk and grow revenue
Support stakeholders and customers with complex setups and requirements
Lead key initiatives across Europe to optimize Customer Experience and Bad Debt
Play a leading role in our transformation strategy and integration of FedEx and TNT
