Responsibilities
Comprehensive onboarding and initial training covering everything you need to get started
Handover and return of our high-quality vehicles and serve as the central point of contact for customers in the field
Show customers how the vehicles work — whether it’s modern vehicle systems or sustainable e-mobility
Personal vehicle returns, including documentation of any damage via smartphone app
Perform tasks such as refueling, vehicle care, and safety checks
Deliver vehicles directly to customers or pick them up from customer locations
Requirements
Enthusiasm for cars and a valid driving licence (minimum 2 years’ experience with Class B — ideally also C1 / Class 3)
Friendly, customer-oriented manner
Fluent in German and good command of English
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
