About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare payrolls and payslips
  • Process social declarations (DSN)
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding (DPAE, employment contracts, final settlements, etc.)
  • Advise clients
  • Support clients in the use of their payroll software (Silae)
  • Provide payroll technical support to teams and clients
  • Participate in payroll setup and social update configurations
  • Undertake social and HR advisory assignments (social audits, cost analysis...)

Requirements

  • Specialized training in payroll (professional certification, Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in a firm or multi-collective-agreement environment
  • Strong knowledge of Silae payroll software
  • Organized, rigorous and adaptable
  • Customer-service oriented and a team player
