Responsibilities
- A Payroll Admin Associate completes all requests / transactions efficiently and accurately to meet the Service Levels set by the management with the Business Unit.
- Process and analyze transactions in line with the Service Level Agreement set with the Business Unit.
- Process all knowledgeable work types.
- Attain mastery of Business Unit Policies governing the transactions being processed.
- Handle Worktypes, such as Allocations Trustee Payments.
- Should support Quality Assurance and Member Processing Team if needed.
Requirements
- Preferably with knowledge in Apollo Mainframe and AWD tools is a plus, but not required.
- Team Orientation - Consistently attain the service level set by the Company.
- Practice good judgment in processing cases.
- Above average communication skills.
- Pass the Business Unit's English Exam.
