Responsibilities
Responsible for payroll processing for employees and retirees in compliance with legal requirements.
Coordination of external payroll service providers across multiple European countries.
Advising employees on payroll-related questions and benefit matters.
Preparation of ad-hoc reports, forecasts and budget planning related to salaries and personnel costs.
Calculation of hypothetical tax for international assignments and collaboration with tax advisors.
Support of bonus and merit processes as well as coordination of pension and benefits programs.
Ensuring maintenance of time and attendance systems and preparation of A1 certificates.
Participation in audits on tax and social security matters.
Requirements
Commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on HR, business administration, or a related field.
At least five years' experience in payroll in Germany.
Knowledge of reporting, forecasting and budget planning.
Experience in hypothetical tax calculations for international employees.
Confident use of common payroll and time & attendance systems (e.g., ADP/Paisy).
Negotiation-level German communication (native level, C2) and fluent English (minimum C1).
Ideally experience in a manufacturing/production environment and in HR digitalization projects.
