Responsibilities
Administrative HR tasks from employee onboarding through personnel development to termination of employment
Preparatory payroll processing for Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Reliable data maintenance and administration in HR systems (e.g. Workday) with a keen eye for detail
Point of contact for team members
Coordination and documentation in the area of occupational health and safety
Management and communication of benefits offerings
Communication with authorities, health insurers and employers' liability insurance associations
Support and administrative management of recruiting processes
Requirements
Commercial vocational training, a degree with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent qualification
At least two years' experience in comparable positions
Strong IT affinity and confident use of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Extensive experience using an HRIS
Solution- and detail-oriented working style, strong interpersonal skills, trustworthiness and discretion
Knowledge of labor, tax and social security law, especially for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, desirable
Fluent in German and English
Friendly, confident and professional demeanor; reliable and customer-oriented
