Working closely with hiring managers and operational teams, you’ll lead high-volume and fast-paced recruitment efforts for critical roles in clinical research. **Main Responsibilities**
Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex and niche roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the process.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
Proactively source, engage, and nurture top talent through a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, talent pools, and market mapping.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, including active and warm candidate pools, to support current and future hiring needs.
Use data and market insights to inform recruitment decisions, influence stakeholders, and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
Manage recruitment processes in line with KPIs and SLAs, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of quality and compliance.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment, share best practices, and contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives across EMEA.

**Experience:**
Proven success in recruiting for **complex, niche, and hard-to-fill roles**, with bonus points for experience in CRO, pharmaceutical or life science environments.
Extensive hands-on recruitment experience in **fast-paced, high-demand** settings such as recruitment agencies, resourcing models, or in-house talent functions with agile processes.
Strong track record of **hiring across EMEA**, particularly in France, Greece, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.
Demonstrated expertise in **market mapping** and leveraging **talent intelligence** and **data** to inform and optimize hiring strategies.
Skilled in developing and executing **direct sourcing strategies** using a variety of sourcing channels, tools, and techniques to deliver timely and high-quality talent solutions.
Significant experience in **building and nurturing active and warm talent pools** to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Comfortable working with **KPIs and SLAs** to track performance, measure impact, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
