Responsibilities
Carry out a wide range of HR data processing tasks as directed
Advise other colleagues and provide guidance on processes when needed
Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of computer applications such as Microsoft Office
Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports
Input payroll data to support the accurate and efficient delivery of payroll services
Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations
Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization
Resolve queries from internal or external customers by providing information on policies and/or procedures
Requirements
High School / FE College (2 A Levels)
Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised
Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision
Provides technical guidance when required
Works without supervision on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities
Supports business processes without supervision using standard office equipment and software packages
Motivates employees to learn, grow and develop with guidance
Develops appropriate plans or performs necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements
Analyzes data trends for use in reports to guide decision making
