Responsibilities
Administer users, profiles, permission sets and roles;
Create and maintain fields, objects, page layouts and record types;
Validation rules;
Flows;
Assignment rules, queues and declarative automations;
Approval processes;
Analyze and resolve incidents and tickets (e.g., via Jira);
Support business areas in defining requirements and improvements;
Ensure data quality and integrity;
Create and maintain reports and dashboards;
Support deployment processes (sandbox → production);
Document Salesforce configurations and processes;
Assess impact of changes (e.g., picklist changes, rules, automations).
Requirements
Completed higher education;
Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator;
Solid knowledge of: Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules), Flows, Reports and Dashboards, Standard objects (Account, Contact, Opportunity, Lead, Case);
