Responsibilities

  • Sales with responsibility for assigned clients and industry sectors
  • Building long-term, resilient relationships with contacts (brands, clients, associations, organizations)
  • See the person behind the role and take their situation seriously
  • Recognize uncertainties, decision-making pressure, and internal coordination processes
  • Provide clarity, guidance, and confidence during the decision-making process
  • Research and initial outreach
  • Introductory conversations to get to know and understand the situation
  • Present our solution using relevant examples
  • Prepare proposals, coordinate details, and close contracts
  • Keep an overview of ongoing conversations and next steps
  • Maintain contact after closing (e.g., annual reviews or retrospective meetings)
  • Engage with the marketing realities of contacts
  • Calm, comprehensible explanation of benefits and impact—without exaggeration
  • Work with practical examples instead of promises
  • Collaborate within the team

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally with consultative or technically complex products
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand context and interrelations
  • Basic understanding of marketing and communication
  • Interest in understanding how brands, organizations, associations, and retailers operate
  • Reliability and clarity in your own work
  • Long-term thinking rather than focusing on quick wins
