Effectively implement the company’s staffing, training, and performance management models to hire, train and develop employees.
Maintain an effective recruiting program including development of local Colleges and Internship program.
Provide leadership across functional areas, ensuring solution-based communications and input with local CSE teams and home office.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed in all sales and leader responsibilities.
Ensure budget compliance within District.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
