Responsibilities
Work location: Campinas, SP.
Residence requirement: live in Campinas or nearby areas.
Manage the portfolio of designated small and medium accounts, promoting, negotiating and selling the product: Concrete, following established strategies and meeting targets set in the annual business plan, while providing input for production and sales forecasts and business sustainability studies.
Prepare proposals according to identified needs, perform follow-up and finalize deals with clients within the parameters set by management.
Prospect potential clients locally and globally by identifying business opportunities, maintaining contact with decision-makers, and presenting products with the goal of expanding the portfolio.
Advise and support clients up to the delivery of the product by identifying their needs, handling complaints, proposing corrective measures and solutions, and expediting necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Drive business expansion by assessing customer needs, identifying new applications, developing new products and creating new solutions.
Propose and participate in the preparation of projects for new and existing accounts, managing all stages from prospecting, quoting, negotiating and sending samples to closing deals.
Monitor the profitability of accounts under your management, ensuring compliance with agreed contribution margin and volumes.
Requirements
Required education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related fields.
Experience in field/external sales routines.
Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation.
Knowledge of account management and prospecting for new clients.
Valid Category B driver’s license (CNH B) and driving ability.
Availability to travel.
