Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle
Ensure best practice in HR operations, employee relations and people development
Leverage digital tools and emerging technologies—particularly AI—to enhance HR processes
Provide day-to-day HR advice, support and practical guidance to line managers
Maintain local and global HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and producing reports
Support the full life cycle of the employee
Support with recruitment interviews, working with the central recruitment team
Champion the use of HR technologies and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency
Support organisational change by providing guidance, communication, and training as needed
Produce and prepare Offer letters and Contracts for new employees
Maintain accurate and up to date job descriptions
Conduct exit interviews for leavers
Liaise with Line Managers for Absence Management Controls
Support and assist with investigations/disciplinaries/grievances
Take part in HR Projects when required
Deliver HR workshops and training programs for line managers and employees
Requirements
Qualified to CIPD level
Proven HR experience in a similar role
Ability to deal with and prioritise a busy workload
Ability to build effective relationships with employees, managers and stakeholders
Ability to leverage digital tools and emerging technologies to enhance HR processes
A good standard of education, numerate and literate
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to detail imperative as is the ability to work to strict deadlines
Flexible and adaptable to meet demanding business needs
Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
