Senior Human Resources and Transformation Manager leading enterprise-wide transformation at Emerson. Providing strategic HR leadership across organizational design and change management.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership for HR, communication, and change management initiatives supporting Transformation and Global Business Services.
Develop and execute comprehensive change management and communication strategies across TMO and GBS initiatives.
Identify potential risks to adoption and engagement and develop mitigation plans to support successful, sustainable change.
Partner with leaders to build sponsorship, alignment, and commitment for transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with HR GBS teams and TMO project teams to deploy change strategies effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proactively manage resistance by listening, engaging stakeholders, and addressing concerns with empathy and transparency.
Lead organizational design efforts that support business strategy and future growth. Apply an organizational design framework to conduct activity analysis, assess current state, and model future-state structures.
Identify opportunities to optimize spans of control, layers, roles, and reporting relationships.
Implement best practices for team structures, shared services, and centers of excellence.
Align talent strategy with organizational structure to ensure the right skills and capabilities are in place.
Assess workforce needs to support transformation and long-term scalability.
Partner with HR colleagues on job design, competency frameworks, and career pathways.
Drive the GBS vision through strong HR leadership across GBS locations. Identify and advance opportunities to increase alignment, consistency, and collaboration across GBS sites.
Lead HR initiatives such as organizational reviews, salary planning, and employee listening activities within GBS.
Monitor, improve, and scale HR workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Oversee end-to-end HR service delivery within the GBS model.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
BSBA degree in Business Administration or other related field.
5+ years of HR experience
Experience in team leadership and at a generalist HR management level
Advanced proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office products
Experience serving as a change agent, operating efficiently and effectively in a matrix environment
Experience leading a change program working with various stakeholders, developing a plan and development of communications.
