About the role

  • Brand Manager leading marketing strategies for Amazon across Adult and Feminine Care at Kimberly-Clark. Driving business growth through strategic partnerships and consumer insight-driven programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic marketing planning and execution for Adult and Feminine Care (AFC) Amazon business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for holistic demand creation strategies
  • Develop insight-led, full-funnel programs integrating retail media and organic levers
  • Own new product and category marketing strategies across Adult Care and Feminine Care
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for demand creation and joint business planning

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in consumer promotion, field sales and marketing
  • Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
  • Minimum 1+ years experience in Amazon or performance media, ideally with budgets $10M+
  • Preferred Master’s degree or MBA
  • Experience working with large retail accounts
