About the role

  • Brand Marketing Specialist managing campaigns to enhance Salomon's Run brand in Australia and New Zealand. Engaging with communities and executing performance-focused initiatives across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Running specialty and sporting goods accounts, delivering sales and profit targets
  • Execute seasonal sell-in processes including pre-lines, range presentations, and orderbook management
  • Build and implement joint business plans with key retail partners
  • Analyse sales, margin, and sell-through data to identify growth opportunities and re-order opportunities
  • Drive in-store and online execution excellence to enhance the consumer experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and eCommerce teams
  • Support and execute trade marketing initiatives, activations, and local events
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, store staff, and key stakeholders across accounts
  • Deliver product training and technical education to retail teams
  • Manage forecasting, budgets, and account planning to ensure achievement of seasonal targets
  • Execute performance brand campaigns and activations that connect Salomon with culture, creativity and lifestyle communities.
  • Deliver brand-first moments designed to cut through and drive relevance.
  • Build and activate run communities through events, collaborations and brand moments.
  • Identify cultural opportunities that position Salomon authentically within the performance space
  • Develop and manage the Performance Ambassador and KOL program.
  • Identify creators, tastemakers and cultural leaders who align with the brand and drive influence.
  • Manage relationships, gifting, content collaborations and activations.
  • Ensure all performance executions feel premium, aspirational and culturally relevant.
  • Uphold brand guidelines while enabling creative expression aligned to run audiences.
  • Manage performance marketing investment and track performance across initiatives.
  • Share insights and learnings to continuously refine strategy

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in management of content development, execution, and delivery on time, stakeholder management of omnichannel campaigns to exceed consumer expectations will be paramount for success in this role.
  • Knowledge and track record of utilising Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, including campaign execution and performance monitoring and presenting concepts and plans to customers and agencies
