Responsibilities
Take ownership of Individual booking /Target in the specified territory and Achieve budgets for given financial year.
Administer potential and existing customer requirements (quotes, technical support, contracts, and related issues).
Maintain high-level customer service in line with company objectives.
Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and new customers development.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support Channels/Distributers, MROs, OEMs for incremental growth.
Drive market engagement and build Funnel around uncovered markets and geographies.
Requirements
Technical Expertise: Technically minded with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of significant work experience.
Product Knowledge: Experience in selling pneumatics/electrical automation products and field instruments such as pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves, pneumatic accessories, proximity sensors, pressure regulators, etc.
Application Knowledge: Knowledge of electro-pneumatic applications.
Competitive Awareness: Understanding the offerings of competitors.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries such as factory automation, machine automation, Steel Plants, Thermal Power Plants, Cement, Oil & Gas, Smelters etc.
Market Insight: Overall market knowledge and familiarity with customers in the region of West Bengal. Odisha, C.G, Jharkhand, Bihar & N.E
BE/ B-Tech- Instrumentation/ Mechanical.
