Senior Partnerships Manager creating meaningful growth for Planday through strategic partner relationships and collaborative business planning. Drive partner engagement and contribute to revenue while managing B2B SaaS opportunities.
Responsibilities
Define and prioritise the partners that can create the greatest impact for Planday
Develop and grow relationships that open doors to new opportunities
Create joint business plans with clear targets, activities, and accountability
Enable partner teams to position, sell, and advocate for Planday effectively
Build strong relationships across partner sales, leadership, and operational stakeholders
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in collaboration with Sales
Work with AEs to progress and win opportunities originating from the ecosystem
Increase partner engagement through structured rhythms, incentives, and visibility of success
Partner with Product and the Partnerships Product Manager to align commercial opportunity with integration priorities
Represent partner needs internally and help strengthen Planday’s ecosystem proposition
Provide clear reporting and insight on partner contribution to revenue
Travel 0-20%
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or indirect sales within B2B SaaS
A demonstrated track record of creating pipeline and revenue through partners
Strong commercial instincts and the ability to build compelling, mutual value propositions
Confidence engaging executives and influencing without authority
Experience defining focus areas and building plans that translate into action
Ability to operate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps
Industry experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, or other workforce-intensive environments is preferred
High ownership mindset and comfort operating with autonomy
Pragmatic, low-ego operator focused on outcomes over activity
