Account Executive responsible for the entire sales cycle for a SaaS digital onboarding solution. Collaborating closely with Customer Success and Marketing, focusing on client needs and relationship building.
Responsibilities
Qualifying and analyzing the customer's situation across the entire organization and developing business cases for elearnio based on those insights
Conducting online demos and presentations with a detailed introduction of our service offering, with the goal of acquiring new customers
Closely collaborating with Customer Success and Product teams to continuously optimize processes and services in the best interest of our customers
Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders — especially within HR and C-level management
Developing and implementing lead generation strategies in close coordination with the Marketing team
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in selling B2B SaaS or B2B services, ideally in a mid-market / SME environment
Strong experience in realistic forecasting and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets on schedule
Excellent active listening skills and targeted, confident, proactive communication
Interest in technology products and software, particularly in the EdTech sector
Ability to win the trust and enthusiasm of prospective customers through positive, energetic, and creative outreach
Native-level German (C2)
