Responsibilities
You ensure our hotel content is always up to date by updating, optimizing and performing quality checks
You manage our hotel partners and suppliers, maintain collaborations, and ensure smooth operations through reporting and audits
You support our hotel procurement team in expanding and enhancing the hotel program for our corporate clients
You accompany new hotel partners from onboarding to activation of contract rates
You coordinate our international database team and ensure processes run efficiently
You support other departments on projects and contribute your expertise where needed
You create and maintain manuals, process documentation and training materials
Requirements
You have vocational training or a degree in hospitality, tourism or a related field
You already have initial experience in account management or in relevant roles within hospitality or tourism
You demonstrate strong communication skills, work independently and in a structured way, and have a keen eye for detail
You are a team player, also comfortable working in an international environment
You are proficient with Office applications, tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
You are fluent in German (business fluent) and very good in English; additional languages are a plus
