Responsibilities
Secure new customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Provide technical product overviews and insights tailored to specific customer needs and usage scenarios.
Increase technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
Confirm implementation requirements and execute precise pricing calculations.
Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers virtually via Microsoft Teams.
Act as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team and conduct group or one-on-one trainings for the center.
Constantly research the newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for both Microsoft and its competitors.
Requirements
Native or proficient in Dutch plus fluent in English.
Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering is a plus).
3–6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
Minimum Fundamentals certification is required upon entry; L200 certification is preferred.
Broad ability to explain technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions.
Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance within cloud/hybrid solutions.
Proven history of outstanding performance and achieving ambitious goals.
