Responsibilities
You will support the HR Director Energy Networks and the extended HR segment team with day-to-day tasks
You will contribute to the creation of presentations and internal communication materials, bringing your own ideas and creativity
You will actively support internal communications, including drafting and editing texts and blog posts and creating visuals for our internal communication channels
You will gain insights into strategic HR initiatives, project work and modern organizational development within Energy Networks
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Psychology, Work and Organizational Psychology, Economics, Communication or Social Sciences, or a comparable field
Ideally you have already gained initial practical experience through internships or working-student positions in HR, project and change management, or management consulting
You are a team player with a proactive attitude, curiosity and a strong willingness to learn
You work independently, in a structured way and reliably
You have very good German and English skills and communicate confidently — both written and verbal
