Responsibilities
Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and often being the face of the company to all clients in all business and operational matters.
Continually monitor and analyze user acquisition data attributed to different sources; learn and employ critical insights for ongoing performance improvement and to maximize ROI through scale and process optimization.
Daily campaign performance analytics and optimization.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet your monthly KPIs.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Requirements
Experience from digital agencies, ad-tech and online companies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Positive customer success understanding and ability to maintain long term business relationships with international clients.
