Responsibilities
Generar, atraer y cualificar leads a través de marketing inbound y outbound.
Mantenimiento y expansión de la base de datos de clientes potenciales.
Prospección y generación de clientes potenciales a través de LinkedIn, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, correo electrónico, llamadas telefónicas y redes sociales.
Planificación y ejecución de campañas de captación de clientes potenciales.
Elaboración de scripts de captación y cualificación para optimizar interacciones.
Calificación de clientes potenciales según necesidades, presupuesto y capacidad de decisión.
Seguimiento de clientes potenciales para hacer avanzar sus relaciones en el embudo de ventas.
Gestión y actualización del CRM.
Requirements
Más de 1 año de experiencia como SDR en entornos B2B.
Aptitudes de ventas B2B.
Persona autónoma, resolutiva, orientada a resultados y proactiva.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y persuasión tanto escrita como verbal.
Capacidad de manejar el CRM como única fuente de datos.
Amor por la tecnología y ganas de aprender sobre las soluciones de Microsoft.
No tenerle miedo al teléfono y a hablar con clientes.
Se valora conocimiento de Dynamics 365 for Customer Insights y Dynamics 365 for Sales.
