As an Analista de SDR Pleno, you'll drive qualified leads for SleepUp's health solutions. Engage with potential clients in a B2B environment utilizing various prospecting strategies.
Responsibilities
Active and strategic B2B lead prospecting (clinics, laboratories, companies, partners) using LinkedIn, email, phone, and automation tools.
Consultative qualification of leads based on profile, pain points, timing, potential usage, and fit with the SleepUp solution.
Scheduling highly qualified meetings for the sales team (closers and sales leadership).
Detailed logging of interactions, learnings, and opportunity signals in the CRM.
Continuous collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product, contributing to improvements in campaigns, messaging, and ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles).
Monitoring and analysis of metrics such as contact rate, conversion, SQLs generated, meeting quality, and prospecting cycle.
Requirements
Previous experience (2–4 years) as an SDR, Inside Sales, or Pre-sales.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or healthtech.
Experience with CRMs (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) and prospecting tools.
Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Health, or related fields.
