Responsibilities
Gestión y desarrollo de partnerships: Supervisar y fortalecer alianzas estratégicas con hoteles y proveedores, negociando condiciones competitivas que aseguren calidad y generen valor para la empresa
Análisis y toma de decisiones: Generar reportes de desempeño y proponer mejoras basadas en datos
Cumplimiento de objetivos: Monitorear KPIs y asegurar el logro de metas estratégicas
Colaboración cross-functional: Trabajar con diversos equipos para garantizar operaciones fluidas
Requirements
Profesional en Administración Turística y Hotelera, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines
Al menos 2 años de experiencia comercial con habilidades en negociación y gestión de relaciones estratégicas.
Mentalidad proactiva y autónoma: capacidad para identificar oportunidades, proponer soluciones y tomar iniciativa sin requerir supervisión constante
Capacidad analítica y manejo de herramientas de reportería
Orientación a resultados y seguimiento de KPIs
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones a largo plazo
