Responsibilities
Meet and exceed the assigned quarterly sales targets for the territory
Meet and exceed the assigned outreach targets
Generate new business leads and close sales over the phone
Work closely with the sales team to help define the sales process and cycle
Stay organized in our CRM
Become a trusted advisor for customers in the powersports industry
Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
Research and understand the needs of customers to provide tailored solutions
Build strong and trusted relationships with the customer in the territory
Manage a 12-month rolling forecast and always ensure Ryvid systems are up to date with the latest information
Provide daily updates in Ryvid’s CRM and forecasting tools showing pipeline movement and growth
Support local trade shows and events within your territory
Arrange and manage demo rides within your territory
Requirements
At least 3 years of selling experience
Experience in the powersports industry
CRM proficiency
Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Motorcycle License
Comfortable talking to customers on the phone
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
