Requirements
Experience in a role where you’ve worked with your customers to solve their problems
Proven experience of working in a busy environment, successfully prioritising and managing multiple tasks, whilst achieving great results
Good MS Office skills, and strong attention to detail
Talent for communicating clearly over the phone and in writing on email and web chat
The ability to negotiate well and be comfortable working with numbers – from customer bills to pricing
