About the role
- IT Support Consultant providing remote and hybrid support handling customer IT issues and ticket management within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve faults and incidents routinely and efficiently via remote access
- Clearly prioritize and classify incidents and document them in our ticketing system
- Escalate tickets to downstream support units if the issue cannot be resolved
- Manage and monitor tickets in accordance with our service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain and document knowledge in our knowledge base
Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to multitask
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proper phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ideally experience in customer support / IT helpdesk
- Very good written and spoken German
- Very good knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Dutch, French, English
- Ability to prioritize, classify, and document tickets
