About the role

  • Lead IT service delivery and operational technology support at Integra. Ensure systems, user experience, and support structure scale with the business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT service delivery across the organization, ensuring support operations, user experience, and day-to-day execution align with business needs
  • Provide leadership over IT support staff, operational workflows, and service expectations to drive accountability, responsiveness, and consistency
  • Oversee managed service providers and technology vendors, holding partners accountable for performance, prioritization, and service quality
  • Help shape and improve IT operational processes, documentation standards, reporting, and service metrics to strengthen visibility and decision-making
  • Partner with leadership to support infrastructure planning, technology improvements, and scalable service delivery across the business

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in IT operations, service delivery, infrastructure, or technical support environments
  • Prior experience leading IT teams, managed service providers, or enterprise support functions
  • ITIL, Microsoft, or other relevant technical or service management certifications are a plus
