International Sales Manager for e-bus software solutions, traveling across Europe to present and sell software. Analyzing tenders and creating competitive offers in the energy transition for public transport.
Responsibilities
You will travel across Europe to customers, trade shows and our subsidiaries to actively present our e‑bus software solutions, generate new business opportunities and drive closures.
You will analyze relevant tenders, assess their potential and develop tailored, competitive proposals based on your evaluation.
You will work closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure technical requirements, commercial constraints and customer needs are optimally reflected in the proposal design.
You will independently identify new sales leads, for example through our CRM or trade show contacts, and qualify them purposefully.
With structured follow‑up you will consistently work towards closing deals.
You will support Product Management with solid market and customer input, helping to keep our software continuously market‑ready.
Through your feedback you will identify improvement potentials and help to further develop our product portfolio in a targeted way.
You will conduct regular business reviews with customers and identify cross‑ and upselling opportunities.
Requirements
You have completed vocational training or a degree in business or engineering/technical field.
Ideally you have initial experience in B2B sales, preferably from related industries such as automotive, energy or similar.
Key is your understanding of complex solutions and your sensitivity to customer needs.
You have a solution‑oriented mindset and demonstrate strong motivation and a sales affinity.
You have a strong interest in the electrification of the bus sector (public transportation and coaches) and want to actively help shape this transition.
You are driven to achieve and consistently exceed ambitious sales targets in a fast‑growing environment.
You present yourself to customers in a friendly and confident manner and have a good sense for their needs.
You have excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
You will be traveling across Europe and have a high willingness to travel — around 70% travel activity is a natural part of your sales routine.
