Responsibilities
Own end-to-end opportunity qualification, solution shaping, and pricing governance from lead to closure
Drive managed services sales pipeline across network, cloud, and cybersecurity domains
Maintain strong vendor and partner alignment
Ensure forecast accuracy, documentation, and internal approval compliance
Uphold customer experience across presales, proposal, and handover phases
Engage customers to understand business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements
Develop BoMs, commercials, and service scope with presales and vendors
Coordinate with SalesOps, Finance, Legal, Bid Management, and Delivery teams
Work with vendors to secure competitive pricing and deal protection
Support contract reviews and structured handover to delivery teams
Maintain disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in IT or related discipline
3–5 years experience in solution sales or presales
Exposure to enterprise networking and managed services
