Account Development Representative prospecting new accounts and qualifying inbound leads for the sales team. Contributing to revenue growth and creating opportunities with businesses in Spain and Italy.
Responsibilities
Prospect new accounts via phone, email and LinkedIn in Spain and Italy and turn cold contacts into warm conversations.
Qualify inbound leads and book high-quality discovery meetings for the sales team.
Run targeted outreach sequences based on smart research on accounts and stakeholders.
Keep your pipeline and activities organized in our CRM and consistently hit or exceed your meeting and pipeline targets.
Requirements
1–3 years in SDR/BDR/ADR or similar outbound sales role, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone, in email and on social.
A competitive, coachable mindset: you like feedback, experiment with new approaches and play to win.
Experience with CRM and modern sales tools is a plus, not a deal-breaker.
Bilingual Spanish/Italian is a MUST
