About the role

- Together with your team, you will be the contact person for all matters related to internships and final theses, for applicants and for our specialist departments.
- You will work independently across the entire process: from posting vacancies, applicant management and coordinating interviews to preparing contract documents and the hiring process, through to issuing references.
- You will support the supervision of interns and students writing final theses from onboarding to offboarding.
- You will contribute ideas through small projects such as process optimizations, event organization or concept development.
