Responsibilities
Overseeing partner renewal, expansion, and capacity building activities that drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth
Working with and managing a team of professionals to develop and implement partner-focused strategies and programs
Ensuring the success of the Partner Accounts team
Developing team policies, strategies, programs, and objectives
Creating a regional strategy aligned with annual goals
Leading team training and mentoring for professional development
Generating revenue through partner capacity and license expansion
Implementing partner information and activity tracking
Establishing performance goals and providing feedback
Representing NWEA at industry events.
Collaborating with NWEA teams to provide excellent partner care
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum five years’ experience leading a team that emphasized a consultative approach
Management experience in a mission-driven, fast-growing professional environment preferred
Demonstrated success in developing strategies, meeting targets, and growing a goal-oriented team
Experience selling to school districts preferred
Experience in school districts or organizations supporting educational entities preferred
Understanding of education industry and assessment methods desired
Familiarity with NWEA measures and services desired
