(Senior) Sales Manager responsible for B2B sales in IT-Security and client relationships. Focus on business growth through innovative solutions and team collaboration within the regions of Munich and Augsburg.
Responsibilities
Acquire new customers and expand and maintain existing customer relationships at C‑level and departmental levels
Responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets within the assigned solutions and services portfolio
Develop proposal strategies and prepare and deliver presentations, pitches and negotiations
Close collaboration with pre‑sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals
Coordinate proposal processes, including pricing, risk analysis and contract drafting
Active pipeline management, forecasting and reporting to senior management
Participation in trade shows, customer events and industry conferences to represent the company
Share generated market and competitive intelligence to continuously improve our products and services
Requirements
A successfully completed degree in business administration, commerce or a technical field, or equivalent vocational training; relevant additional qualifications are a plus
Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in cybersecurity, IT services or infrastructure
A strong understanding of complex IT solutions and the ability to present technical content in a way that is understandable for decision‑makers
Proven track record in acquiring new customers and expanding strategic customer relationships
Strong negotiation and presentation skills, as well as a structured, results‑oriented way of working
Excellent team and communication skills, with experience in interdisciplinary collaboration
Very good written and spoken German and English; French skills are an advantage
