Close coordination with internal teams for solution development

Requirements
Degree in business administration or a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience selling IT solutions in an enterprise environment
Proven track record in new customer acquisition (hunting)
High level of self-motivation, strong closing skills and solid market understanding
Experience working with complex sales environments and decision-making bodies
Basic technical understanding and strong business sense
Strong communication, sales and organizational skills
Structured working style and confident presence
Independent and detail-oriented approach with a reliable focus on priorities
Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a quick grasp of complex topics
Negotiation-level German and English, both written and spoken
