  • Deliver hands-on After Sales consulting within dealerships

  • Achieve buy-in from dealership leadership
  • Drive implementation of service processes to improve customer retention and loyalty
  • Support Audi Genuine Parts performance

Requirements

  • 10+ years of dealership experience
  • Previous Service Manager or Parts Manager experience
  • Strong DMS proficiency
  • Strong understanding of dealer service and parts department processes
  • Retail automotive or customer care experience required
