Responsibilities

Requirements
3–5 years of training and facilitation experience across classroom, virtual, and on‑the‑job formats.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience (automotive retail, hospitality, customer care, or similar environments).
Solid understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design processes.
Strong time‑management, organization, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Experience in instructional design or curriculum development (desired).
Master’s degree in Instructional Design or Education (desired).
Experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise (desired).
Audi product knowledge and dealership process diagnostic experience (desired).
