About the role

  • Sales Associate providing customer service and support for retail pool supplies at Pinch A Penny stores. Duties include assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and performing water tests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers upon entering the store.
  • Perform water testing for customers.
  • Answer phones and report all stock/ supply shortages.
  • Ensure store is always clean; straighten and dust shelves, keep displays and counter areas clean.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
  • Retail and/or pool supply experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to multitask.
