About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for managing sales data, leading team, and ensuring accurate reporting. Focus on data management and performance monitoring in the logistics sector.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage sales-related data entry with high accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases regularly
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
  • Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
  • Ensure all documentation and reporting are well-organized and up-to-date
  • Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements
  • Prepare and present reports to management as required

Requirements

  • Must have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in warehousing sales
  • Strong data management and MS Excel skills
  • Good leadership and team-handling abilities
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and reporting
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Candidates must have their own laptop.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
