Responsibilities
You take ownership of all sales activities related to our calibration and maintenance contracts across your region
You develop and execute strategic sales plans, generate leads, and actively manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
You build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying and engaging new prospects
You represent OMICRON at exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and user meetings, working closely with our international Sales and Operations network
You proactively identify and qualify sales opportunities through targeted outreach and customer engagement
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role in Europe, ideally in services or technical solutions
Strong sales mindset with excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
Enthusiasm for technical products and the ability to translate value into customer benefits
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Business fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
